I downloaded a malicious exe which was pretty much randsomware because the person then told me to pay up. They had my browser autofills and that means address, passwords across multiple websites, not exactly a great thing to happen on a normal thursday
In the end I quickly acted by changing my email passwords then slowly going through everything
I was temporarily signed out of my roblox account and they had access to my discord but i managed to kick them out
PLEASE do not be stupid like i was and do not download random EXEs, even if its someone you know and trust.
something about hackers acting all threatening and saying "pay me’ and then losing all their progress is funny
I remember a time a friend of mine got their roblox hacked and that hacker wanted to get paid but he was pretty much a fool since the person getting hacked still had access to the account and the hacker created a pin to lock him out from changing the email
However the hacker stated 3 digits and said “pay me for the last digit”
Who is bro???
My guy created a 1/9000 pin and made it 1/10 on the spot right as he revealed the first 3 digits of the pin 🪽
