why did it send twice 
cirrus sky apples quest.. idk if its a bug or just an ingame thing but for some damn reason sky apples wouldnt spawn at all in most servers so it was pretty much one of the last two quests i had to complete and i just got lucky one time cause i was helping my friend progress with elius & they actually spawned
