Its pretty simple. you should be able to change your name at a town or maybe in the agora for a fee of galleons (maybe fame requirement?)
WHY? well some people didn’t get to change their name or may want to change names (if more get added) and it makes sense because you can change your name in real life
If you can change your appearance, why not legally your name, just pull up the UI like how you do when you change second magic (after awakening) or maybe how you do with pulsar or changing FS

if i recall, there is a name change scroll to be added as a gamepass somewhere in the trello
but why would you be forced to pay real money for it
probably because its more of a cosmetic thing that doesnt really affect gameplay much, if you really dont want to pay money for a name change then making a new file is another option

It’s already planned as a gamepass, but maybe it shouldn’t be a gamepass? I think it would be annoying to many players if it was a gamepass, especially my friends who would rather not spend a bit of money to fix a joke (if they decide to change their name). I think it should be free but very expensive, however if you have a gamepass then it becomes cheaper or free (this would be part of another gamepass and not a standalone thing).

I understand this, but I also have mixed feelings about this.
You are warned about the name being unchangeable.
At the same time it would enable players to use this system to go around tricking, fooling people with changed names.
vetex should add lawyer npcs which allows u to change ur name, reset fame or just learn more about the renown system

The layers should also allow you to sue others for spawn camping level 50s
thats not true, since your roblox username has display priority on the leaderboard unlike wom. your character name is mostly used for story purposes and the bounty board
