Give them a moment, they were assigned to investigate Akursius Keep… they’ll snap out of it eventually.
When Navy ships despawn, sometimes the crew doesn’t. And since they’re not attached to the ship anymore, they assume it was sunk. Then, they try to attack nearby people, because they could be the one who sunk their ship.
