I am organising a navy war(PvE)
Requirements are
1, lvl 100+
2, villains
3, Notoriety 1+
This will be good for people who needs more money as well as people who wants more bounty. DM orbkun in discord for more info

looks like they are going to spawn as much navy brigs with notoriety as they can. Basically they want a buster call
I’m interested, not sure but I think I saw my notoriety go up 4 times after 5 stars, could be a bug but I’ll gladly fight
So are we just doing a tower defense kind of fight, or are we going to take down Silverhold as well?

Maximum noto is 20
it can go up to 20 noto 15 times after 5 noto

Reminds me a bit of this event I think it's time I'd plan to do a "World Event" in WoM
I haven’t heard of any “world events” during AO’s lifespan, so this is a breath of fresh air.
Grand Navy NPCs scale better than in WoM, so there’s no (council) Major risk 
yo that would be kinda fun if there were a ton of aoe kids sinking ships

Aargh I want to run villain on my shadow mage file but im only level 89. I completed all the story up to the awakening level lock tho…
maybe i can join? but i have to level up my mage file first
