Today I started playing the game as I was playing normally until suddenly when I was doing missions in the story mode and I arrived in Ravenna Island the game marked my normal spawn there but I can’t play anymore, whenever I enter the game the game crashes violently even if I lower the graphics in ESC and configure the game fast before it crashes, please add the Low Graphics mode to dim the lights and remove the details of all the blocks on the map please, just like this me and other people who have the same problem let’s get to play.

Did you try and uninstall and re-install Roblox?
I did what you said, I uninstalled and reinstalled Roblox because I thought it was a corrupt file maybe, but no, it’s the game itself. It gets heavier and since it doesn’t have Low Graphics Mode there’s no way I can play until they add this.
Pretty sure theres a low graphics mode in the settings already.
Make sure to turn VFX Quality to low, and to disable terrain details
Other things that can contribute to lag is having many apps running (such as discord, chrome, etc) so if you have those open try closing them as well
I thank you for the answer but I already did everything, I even disabled global messages and player notes on the floor and guess what… Unfortunately the game doesn’t work, at least not for me.
