Hey forums! It’s been a while and I hope everyone on the site is doing alright, I haven’t logged in for a long while because I’ve been occupied with University but following the unveiling of Full Release’s release date, it seems I have no other choice but to announce that Neptune is returning, differently.
A lot of the regulars on this site labelled me as someone who owns a very aggressive, toxic and unfriendly clan, whilst I don’t associate myself with such a label, I understand why people on the forums interpret Neptune as such a place, and I hope this recruitment post will change your opinion of Neptune. What’s changing you may ask?
Neptune will be transformed into a Guild on Full Release
I did this for a magnitude of reasons, most of them all leading back to the fact that I don’t have enough time to run a PvP-oriented clan, and that the Arcane Odyssey PvP community isn’t as fun to be in as it was in mid-late 2023 (when Neptune was at it’s most active).
What even is Neptune?
Neptune used to dominate the infamy leaderboards during it’s height, and peaked at #1 on the Clan Leaderboard in 1.14, we fell into a prolonged hiatus due to my focus on my A-Levels from October 2023 to June 2025. We plan to regrow our community and reform what Neptune once had under a new banner.
I plan to bring Neptune back and instead build a great community under one banner, with aspirations to get back to climbing the leaderboards again, without the toxicity, and whilst including everybody.
Neptune is removing it’s tryouts to accommodate for this shift to being more PvE-oriented, as I want the guild to be for everyone to enjoy Arcane Odyssey, and nothing else.
