All other modifiers give the amount of stats of a Rare Enchant, Superheated and Drowned currently give the amount of stats of an Exotic Enchant, so a Superheated or Drowned Arcsphere has more power AND substat than a calvus accesory for example
Probably getting nerfed drowned makes iron armiur budget sunken dint even mention titantium.
