Conceptually cool, but sounds fucking awful to fight, especially with the max health reduction which could just needlessly stomp out blood disease users to essentially being forced to wait for the penalty to go away unless they kinda just wanna die. I think just making it an occassional spawn from those skeletons that increases in higher zones would be ideal. Life drain is fine, itd be like normal regen just a bit different, but the life cap is just, please dont.

Also, some of these seem rather needlessly overpowered. I get its the dark sea, but I feel like there should be less encouragement of a player standing a mile away and poking at an opponent until it dies, I would prefer they have a more versatile and interesting threat other than “if you are near this, take 5 morbillion damage and feed them a bunch of hp”

Idk, I love most of this, just needs some tweaks.

sick concept, but the drops are not very helpful. Maybe if they had some drip use or dropped many life remmenants

Random idea but what if they were to pose as regular skeletons but when you get to close they would stand up as start their attack
