Vetex is adding a robux ploduct for AO called “starter pack” that reminded me of an idea i had for AO that works like a “new game plus”
for those who don’t know “new game plus” it when a game gives you the oportunity to replay the game story but with your current character (including levels and gear) think elden ring and marvel’s spider-man for example
how will it work?
well it will work like the “starter pack” product exept you get that option for free after you completer the story on a save (you get 1 free "new game plus " save and you can by more with robux) when you create a “new game plus” save you restart the game from the begining but with your current character and his current gear allowing you to re do the story missions without having to make another lv1 save (even alowing you to re do the lord allius choice allowing you to change the color of your vitality aura)
Reason to add
well this would allow players to
1- replay the story without making a new lv1 save
2- give speedrunners a way to speedrun AO
3- re fight shura and one shot him for fun
4- alow you to change your vitality aura without breaking the lore
5- posibly change the story if vetex want to make his game have multiple endings
(all of these are pretty minor reasons since this is not that big of a feature but i think its a cool thing to add)
Nvm, you were right and I was wrong. Turns out not reading the content of a suggestion isn't a good idea.
Unfortunately, unless AO gets a branching storyline, there would be practically no reason for a NG+ feature to exist as bosses are repeatable and drops are chance based.
It would just turn into yet another needless time investment to change one cosmetic or fundamental aspect of your character ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
