Powered Glider level 150+

a wide glider(wide than the sameria glider) with a jewel socket

you can socket a gem inside of the glider which will power a propeller attached to its back

depending on the gem rarity the propeller duration will change

rare gems 20 seconds

mystic gems 45 seconds 1.1x speed

legendary/adamas gem 2 minutes (variable) speed

how to use: equip the glider and click, once clicked the propeller will activate and propell you to the direction your cursor points towards, when you click again it stops

the gems take twice the time of their flight duration to charge

40 seconds

1,5 minutes

4 minutes

if you stop the flight early it will only take the flight time meaning

if you flew 10 seconds cooldown will be 20 seconds

drawbacks: it should be slightly slower than than spirit/magic flight*(atleast when it is socketed by rare and exotic gems, depending on the rarity of legendary gems it can be adjusted to be faster or same as spirit/magic flight)* and be able to only fly at a maximum 45 degree incline, and it should not be able to be used in combat and i guess it should also have a 20 second long animation where you painfuly assemble each piece of the glider :st3: before flying

purpose: to give all classes(mostly weapon and strength users) a way to fly

pros:

  • universal flight tool
  • quality of life imo

cons:

  • makes the game more enjoyable
  • QUALITY OF LIFE!! IN ARCANE!!! :nauseated_face: :nauseated_face: :nauseated_face: :nauseated_face:

Mods, this is NOT a suggestion I don’t any of these to be added to the game in any form I am just sharing my ideas, I am perfectly fine with how daddy Vetex envisioned Arcane Odyssey

weapons: sword flight (only available on bladed weapons) you spin the sword above your head like a helicopter to fly around

strength: greatest jump (lost technique requiring 360 strength) uhh just a really strong jump that lets you move around like flight

we spent so much time (5 minutes) making the skills (only 3 somewhat unique ones) and everyone keeps calling it “worse magic” and that’s making is very very sad ( : ( )
We think it’s actually better magic actually because uhhhh
it gets flight at 160 spirit (please please just ignore the leap requirement :3 :3 please dom’t loik at that :3 )

I smell strength and weapon users wanting to have fun, Vetex ain’t allowing for that to happen

Just let people be who they want to be, if they want to identify as a warrior and still be able to fly that’s fine.

latch onto a tree or a pole of some kind and spin around it before launching themselves at mach 5 like those hammer throw sports (except youre the ball and the tree is the person)
