What are your thoughts on the near immediate influx of new users that will arrive onto the forums once Arcane Odyssey arrives?
My thoughts on this matter:
I am sure there will be a lot of veterans that come back, and not just from Arcane Adventures, but from all of Vetex’s games. But, I am even more certain that there will be magnitudes more newbies. Given the current state of Roblox, and the general aesthetic of Arcane Odyssey, there is a high likely hood of that these new users would hail from toxic game communities (Deepwoken, GPO, any anime game, etc.). Because of this, I’m rather mixed on the fact that they might come to the forums.
It’ll be fun seeing the forums bustling with activity. I joined around a time where the forums were probably at their most dead point, so it’s been refreshing to see a high number of people online, new faces, and lots of new posts.
Not too worried about stuff like underage users or trolls, sure they can be annoying but I’m not easily provoked so they rarely actually bother me. Plus they usually get dealt with pretty quickly by the mod team.
One thing I am afraid of suggestions reopening though :dread:
Oh boy do we have news for you. Completely unaware of the topics they’re posting in, incapable of forming proper sentences, and their posts read like they were all made with speech to text while high off of their ass. Disrespectful too.
