I had two legendary charts and was being chased by a lvl 260 bounty npc, a crew from an armoured pirate ketch, and notoriety npcs. I only lived by a fully charged ultimate art forward leap.

I was fighting a lvl 250 bounty npc when some noteriety npcs came… i just agroed the lvl 250 against the gn npcs and he took care of them 
Now that my rival is level 260, I am extremely scared about getting hit by his axe throw. It is already a really high damage ability, but he is also a high level and a more power focused build.
how much damage does it do
i should make a glass conjurer using only the axe and just focus on power

This does beg the question: Whose rival does the most damage in 1 hit? (and whose rival has the most health?)

I’ve seen some rivals with 5.5k hp that also dealt over 500 damage using weapon skills
not my rival but i saw a dude with 6k hp, our fight felt like forever

Since we got some new ship parts and a higher max level, I think it’s time for a certain something to make it’s return.
