Which ones? I thought vetex didnāt want to make attack speed affect projectiles more and casting less so he just nerfed the stat

Havenāt heard of this, but that would explain him not going alongside this and just -25% overall efficiency.
Yeah vetex doesnāt always add whatās on the balance doc and comes up with an easier (although less effective) solution to the problem
I really hope Vetex fixes cone check not working in parties
