Just figured this out. Potential nimbus sea bosses? Wotan is the name of the dude trying to conquer the bronze sea, specifically with his sons.
If they use the original Norse myth ones, Baldr is certainly going to be a weaker curse user, and Vidarr and Vali might be fought after Wotan as they are fated to avenge Odin, or Wotan, after he dies. AA lore parallels the source mythology, with Prometheus stealing shit from Zeus and then getting punished, but it was magic instead of fire, the dark sea mentions a Lancelot who worked with Arthur, meaning Arthur Cursebeard.

Why would these be Nimbus Sea bosses? Keraxe is to the far south of the War Seas, last I remember.
Wotan is trying to conquer the War Seas, not just the Bronze Sea.
Oh, I suppose Warren does say the Wotan will see the Bronze and Nimbus seas as easy targets, so he might actually send armies there during our time in the Nimbus sea.

Idk I haven’t replayed that part of the game, but they’re still there. Given that they were mentioned we might fight at least one of them at the end of the nimbus sea, since he could just send one of them to investigate.
Storyline speaking they aren’t going to mention a faction in great detail if we only see them down the line in 5 seas. Lore speaking, if Wotan sees an opportunity he isn’t going to wait for Sameria to take over, he’s gonna do it now, especially if he has people powerful enough to “instantly kill” the guy that freed the bronze sea
It was never stated theyre in the Nimbus Sea, or else they wouldnt have stated that Nimbus Sea would be “ripe for the taking” if they’re already in there. All that was stated was that theyre beyond Mt Oryths (this doesnt mean that its Nimbus Sea, considering theres literally 5 seas beyond Mt Oryths)
Theres 10 kingdoms, +1 with Grand Navy. This leaves with each Sea having 2 kingdoms after Bronze Sea. Sameria and Skyhall are both in Nimbus Sea. If I were to guess, Keraxe is in the sea after Nimbus Sea as Keraxe would be directly next to Nimbus Sea (unless all Seas dont progress to the south directly, but with mentions of the other kingdoms being down south, theres a good chance this is the case)
Sameria is actually the third kingdom we’ll be going to, as a bugged Brig ended up revealing that Sameria takes the third slot rather than the second, meaning Skyhall is first in Nimbus Sea then Sameria
No, we only get flags when we actually visit the kingdoms, not just visting the towns theyre allied with. The only flag that should appear in the Brig is Ravenna
Theres this random bug, probs fixed now, where a Brig would randomly spawn in Dark Sea, where all the tables would turn into pink squares, full of galleons, and the flags at the back will somehow show have both the Ravenna and Sameria flags. However, Sameria takes the third slot for some reasonrather the the second, meaning its the third kingdom we visit
