I mean aside from the fact that alot of the captains are level 180-206 the lack of islands makes it easy as hell to locate various kind of ships.
Just look at how many chest I was able to get from searching near samaria alone in 15 minutes. (Should be mentioned my enchanter had a lucky coin)
