During my treasure chart hunt, I was almost close to finishing a rare treasure chart but then the game made me no clip inside the island, they need fix this, has this happened to you?

The only cases I’ve seen accidental no-clip were with ships suddenly being non-collidable… but I’ve never heard anything about islands.
Were there any other issues before falling through the island? Perhaps loading could’ve messed up and merely taken time to catch up.
Yes, but only at vents of Aeolus because of tp reflex

I was doing a chart at vents of aeolus and got struck down by heaven and fell through the island 
Only way to get out was to reset so RIP that random chart
