Ways to optimize the run : Only Kill Bandits
If you get lucky during magic picking with gold already chosen that would be nice.
Don’t care about appearance or name (obviously)
Being evil will only slow down the run
Smallest blast possible (obviously)
Always keep moving.
Depends on certain situations, if you kill every npc, apart from MC, while in the wilderness you won’t lose reputation but you will gain a lot of exp. That’s how I got max in 2 hours with only about 36 quests.

as a final but goddamn I went to jail too much, i’m gonna try not farming MC, i’ll find another strat.
