Yes, you can join the Grand Navy. Doing so changes you and your crew’s outfits to Grand Navy outfits, and you rank up by having high reputation
but then whats the assasins syndacate, the opposite?
yes, the assassins syndicate is the bad rep version of the gravy. by joining them you also get outfits and there are rankings depending on how bad your reputation is.
joining the gravy or the assynd also gives you a unique crew, and your ship colors get turned into the theme of that as well.
I bet whoever made that video is extremely smart and attractive

higher ranks can summon fleets of ships to help in combat
It’s basically the same thing as joining a clan/guild, for the most part
cosmetic armor, there are no special abilities that you get but you can arrest bad reputation people when killing them (grand navy)
