Oathkeeper diamond does not properly give regeneration if your own regeneration is already above a certain level

What were you doing before bug occurred: just joined the server since talent tools/items don’t update till i rejoin and was going to test since i noticed it seemed to not do much beyond damage on a different file i had less regeneration on

Steps to reproduce: use oathkeeper diamond while already having high regeneration

F9 Logs ( press f9 to view them in-game): forgot, but can easily be obtained when i do play later cause its 11 pm rn

Pictures/Videos: Should show how much regeneration i should gain on top of my actual regeneration (6):

Looking at your second video, there is a drastically faster energy regeneration after using the oath diamond.

Think i may have gotten the wording mixed up when reading the description of it :sob: thought it was health and due to the innate healing from imbue i just got mixed up

The description says it grants a power boost and energy regeneration

i was making a suggestion that involved the rally banner & the oath diamond so i was looking at em both, got it mixed up since the flag had regeneration while the oathkeeper had other regeneration

Now i’ll go to bed before i say smth stupid again
