As a ganker I can confirm I jumped and eviscerated groups of yummy renown packs
As a victim I can confirm that I am pretty much free renown/bounty pack, and am a terrible pvper.
I dont jump people under 150k anyways since I get -75% from them due to me having more than a million bounty
