Sometimes they manifest inside ponds, small pools, anywhere Poseidon’s fat flippers may yet grace with his intimate touch
The question is, will we ever have the same beautiful dancing creatures inside our aquariums? Even if only as a screensaver icon, darting from one corner to the next, it would fill me with such unspeakable joy

My first playthrough of WoM I saw a fish in the water and cast my rod in the water near it because I thought it would lure the fish to catch it, similar to Animal Crossing. I ended up being immensely disappointed when I found out that you can’t actually interact with them in any way.
Currently the only thing they do is occasionally impersonate bugged sharks
Hopefully it’s the next step after mobile human NPCs.
