I thought you meant irl
uh ok i can just look at the map for underwater structures and I guess shipwrecks and ghost ships could get more content but right now i donāt see spirit sensing having a broad function in my eyes
I mean finding the epicenter, siren rocks, and other islands planned to be added are gonna be a pain in the ass, resultingly making dark sealed chests and other reagents easier to find
i think somethin like that is planned
spirit sensing would be bottom of the barrel useless if mages could sense underwater structures in the dark sea
Wait, why am I fighting for strength and weapons to get good things? They deserve to suck for rejecting the power to blow shit up with one or both primordial forces
Magic/spirit on top
Hear me out tho⦠How about, all of them?
I mean, if it was up to me, Iād make sensing similar to professions, you can have one equipped at a time but pick any of them, and they get stronger as you complete ātasksā related to each sensing type, same way you level up cooking, brewing and jewelcrafting
I really like that idea, tho i think full builds should still have an davantage. Maybe you can max out one sensing type and make it very hard for hybrids. I really like sensing is a technique that is mastered by practice rather than our power level
Hunting sense is just smth pvpers would use, why are yāall voting it so high
the only useful one is energy sense on mage lmaoo
Spirit is really good tho, itās hard to see others healthbars while fighting so a color indicator is pretty useful
bro spirit sense is so useful im thinking of using spirit
spirit gives you hella sunkens donāt get me wrong
we already have the sea diver title that shows all the sea structures on the map, so.. it is not too exclusive
because i can literally just hover over their name on the leaderboard and see their renown or look at their poster/contract
yea and its still 1/3000 from chests
Spirit Sense is probably the most useful overall. You can tell when somebodyās at low health from far away (which can help with situations with a lot of NPC enemies around you, mostly with ship fights), and you can find Sealed Chests more easily with what high-tier sensing gets. Energy Sense is probably a little less useful, with the Magic-based coloring only being helpful in a PvP situation, but being able to sense Dark Sea structures is a godsend.
Challenge Sense is somewhat useless, but at least it helps out with miniboss grinding. Hunting Sense is a lot less helpful, since its color is based on a stat generally meant for PvP and very little else like with Challenge Sense, and its notification truly only works when youāre in a sea creatureās range. At that point, just pop a Revealing Potion; Growth Saps are available at a bunch of islands, and you will have a surplus of them after destroying a bunch of trees for Ship Supplies in Full Release.
i think the playerkill thing with challenge sense should just be available to every build, instead of it being a red thing it should be dialogue that depends on the persons playerkills that you focused on
this is probably a bad idea but if the playerkill ratio is like 5 to 7489 the person with 5 playerkills should have some kind of minor debuff
Donāt you already have those two, that kind of makes it redundant
oh. My in head reasoning was that the spirit sensing would be very convienient for dark sea underwater diving structures for when they come out
Itād be funny if they also detected dark sea ghosts or specific dark sea treasure spots
