Should effects like dirt, tanning, etc get removed

It should be removed due to its minimal performance cost, not because it looks like shit
under this logic you should also remove other small visual effects for their minimal performance cost and all graphics and all sound and the game itself

add soap item where you can use it indefinitely to instantly clear dirt
I would like a fourth option for a toggle, which would be infinitely better than having to go to the brig bath all the time. If that’s not an option than it being removed is still preferable.
