We have been beating the spells out of Lost Magic users since level 15 and got our first legacy (With a Lost Magic) beat by Skyhall. I think Silas is more than capable of killing a Crystallized Feral Dog.
Real curse users are incredibly more dangerous, e.g. Morden at under our level has 6000 health and deals 600 damage with one uncharged[1] blast.
FAKEE INSANE Curse users, basically ones who are awful with their respective curse, like Ormolu; are incredibly weak to the point us, a base magic user, can defeat them.

You should change it to “Insane Curse Users” (People that are either Really Really Angry or just so lobotomized to the point of them not being able to use their Curse beyond simple techniques.) being awful at using a certain gift doesn’t really disqualify you from being a gift user.
