Raiding the dark sea when my buddies died to the all preventable water contamination. they never even got the prompt
Steps to reproduce: be on a brig you dont own, head into the dark sea, get water corruption or whatever, die horribly as you cannot wash yourself

one theory proposed by my friend who was unnable to wash
is that it is based on reknown since he is the only positive rep in our group yet all of us with negative rep were able to use the basin
