Patrimony's imbue doesn't proc paralyze when the enemy is soaked

What were you doing before bug occurred: trying to fight a random pirate npc till i noticed this bug

Steps to reproduce: being a water paladin

F9 Logs ( press f9 to view them in-game): none needed

yeah, it also doesn’t give the synergy buff to my spells when I imbue it

When I use it with my wood magic it duplicates the bleed DoT instead of clearing it

maybe the synergy effects get overridden by your magic or something?
