People should be able to delete their own posts

if a user doesnt like the post they should be able to delete it, including their own pending posts. so if they realize that it’s already in the game they dont have to bother the moderators to get it removed

Upon looking further into this, It seems like it only allows you to delete a topic IF no one else replied to it.
