wanted to make this post before, bit late but I’m still interested.
What’s your opinion on the Percy Jackson Disney+ series. I’d assume some people here know of it since it’s to do with Greek Mythology, alike AO.

the books arent that bad but the time between new releases fucks up the audience as they grow out of it
it’s definitely better than the series, atleast in my opinion
It’s underwhelming at parts, especially since there’s the loss of narrative from Percy
I lost my subscription, so I never got to watch the episodes after Ep 5. But I can say, it was pretty good! Even if it had a lot of changes from the book itself, it ended up building on the themes and narratives of the overall series a lot better than the original book. (Why do I feel like AO might touch on similar themes as that series lmao)
I definitely find it cool that Rick Riordan was not afraid of changing stuff, fixing or addings things in the series to improve the story (like the river location under the Arch, Im surprised the book editors didnt catch that mistake, LOL).
I basically binge read the book series after hearing the announcement of Walker Scobell playing as Percy, and I watched Adam Project beforehand. I really liked him and was impressed that that movie was his debut as an actor. Thanks Walker! 
Definitely agree, there’s some good changes made to the series, thought I’d say later on there aren’t as good changes, won’t spoil 
Also I found out I have the same birthday as Walker Scobell, even same year. Just something interesting to add lol
If there was no “timeline shift” in AO lore, the AO universe would be Percy Jackson
