Could be. Could also just be a random fish related image. But that does look like an anglerfish so, hype to the guy who got his idea accepted if thats the case. He will join the annals of the suggestors who actually got something into the game.
Keep in mind it might not be an enormous animal like the white eyes, we have poison jaws already and that’s the size of something like a tiger shark.
I don’t think we’ll see white eyes sized sea monsters often. Makes em all the more terrifying and special when they are huge like that

Bro you’ve gotta be joking, I also had an idea for an anglerfish sea monster with 
magic in its lure, and I was gonna keep it to myself and write it into a story eventually, but now Vetex has the same idea

I’d imagine a leviathan that shoots Laser Beams at ships that deals 2000 damage
from what we’ve seen its an anglerfish
please, please give me a squid/octopus sea monster at some point, or maybe a serpent
The suggester that I remember suggesting an anglerfish suggested them to use their lures as castaway decoys.
