Just letting you know that Witch Hunting isn’t a rule violation anymore. If people do not wish to PvP then they’re free to toggle their PvP via settings as long as their renown is below 250k
Unfortunately that’s just how it is when you have high renown. Imagine having thousands of cash (Renown) and waving it around the streets unprotected (PvP turned on), would you expect that no one would attempt to rob (Hunt in this case) you?
turn joins off? not that difficult
they cannot join you directly if your joins are off unless you are leaderboard

I’d imagine they are part of ASS/Gravy and want LT/Assassin clothes, those are before any LB rank but above 250k so they can’t turn off PvP.
