It’s not quite enough regen to matter, especially after full release, but other than that this is very solid.

either pure speed or low size invest + speed

maybe something like these…? i tried to retain your main stats as much as possible but ideally you’d want sunkens if you want more defense and size / speed, and atlantean essences to boost your stats even further but those are also expensive. 830+ ep mage builds (ones i consider to be meta) usually stick to one substat so either speed or size but having a mix is valid too
I’m going to give you advice I was given when I first started caring about my build: consolidate your stat points. Yes, you have more stats, but they’re all spread so thinly that they won’t do much, if anything at all. Personally, I’d say to not worry about the Efficiency Points, or EP, as well; focus on the stats and stats alone.
Ideally, you want 90+ in gear stats, aside from Power, Intensity (which scales differently; last I heard, 40-70 was acceptable), and Defense. ALWAYS emphasize Power and Defense over other substats.

That one’s an Attack Size build (AKA replacing the ATK SPD with Size).
One last note; some unexpected gear, such as the Caped Pauldron items, are really good for gear builds.
