You are right though it is a bit confusing, but Vetex probably did not want to bother going into the details of how he got enough aurem in the first place. There are solutions to this so I don’t think it’s much of a plothole.
the first time they fought Duzra is still pretty inexperienced and doest have that much Magic and curses yet, the second time is probably around the same, Theos was also the strongest Augmented Magic user of his time so ig it’s at least make some sense
yeah a pretty big “plot hole” that many people noticed, i remember someone said that Cursebeard used a “special way” to kill Prom, which is why he was managed to do that
no idea what that “special way” is tho
im guessing you’re talking about that Sand dude, he was an Unbound(ed ?) Curse User, his curse was given by Duzra after he died
how does that even work ? we have no fcking idea
Even if cursebeard burned 90% of all aurem that still shouldnt have made him more powerful than cursebeard since the people who burn aurem only receive a small amount of power from prometheus. Prometheus himself on the other hand gets much more.
Ethereal is right on it being confusing. And like they said it will probably be explained in ao
I doubt that’s the answer, there’s def more into it than that
Im probably wrong but im pretty sure that the person who burned the aurem got more power.
Lmfao durza do be having to replace dem curses every 3 minutes when I’m farming him
Nah prometheus gets more because he can control how much power he gives
Okay thanks. Then yea I have no fucking clue.
Man must have been listening to face off to kill prometheus
Actually it is never stated in the lore document and i dont remember vetex or tech ever stating either of our statements were correct or incorrect.
Anyways id say that the one absorbing the aurem (prometheus) would get more power out of it than the one burning it (the humans) since prometheus is the one who rewards the humans with some power whenever they burn aurem. It wouldnt make sense for prometheus to give people more power than he himself can get from absorbing aurem. Cursebeard probably got a good amount of his power from other sources like training his magical abilities for example.
Then I’d assume it like computers running together. the more you have the less each actually does for processing power.
Processing power= magic power
computers = aurum
Did you forget about Arthur cursebeard?
Peacekeeper somehow beating both undead Zeus and durza.btw Zeus is highly debatable in his feats but the strongest feat was him shaking the multiverse.now how does the peacekeeper beat that and durza.oh wait plot armor.btw Zeus can be a weaker Zeus but still how.
I love the peacekeeper but he ain’t Multiversal. The best feet he had was fighting Promethias that can probably destroy a continent. Granted Prometheus was probably not using his full power because he would probably one shot you
me waiting for a 500 page argument to spawn:
NO NOT AN ARGUEMENT.plz no I don’t think peacekeeper is even Multiversal but if he is My mind will be blown away
I replied to the wrong person
