I’ll try to make some tweaks depending on how the battle goes.
The problem with the power is that it’s just too vague, you say you assume there’d be some limits but that’s the exact problem, we can’t measure those limits.

Summary
Ability: Negation** - Has 3 modes; Absolute Immunity, which makes the user completely immune to abilities (including buffs/healing) and Inhibition which can temporarily disable one person’s abilities. Only one of these two can be active at a time. The third mode, Zero Domain creates a separate space which drains nearby enemies energy and severely weakens their powers. This can only be used once per round
Weapon: Dual pistols

Round 2 - Enabled, can be reloaded infinitely.
Round 3+ - Bullets are imbued with Negation with 50% effectiveness

fun fact but if i were to join, i’d get chemical manipulation but with round evolution (take note it’s additive, not my power sidegrading/changing)
