I’d think so, the power is too vague to really scale it at all. It can range from being a small advantage to a stomp, and it’s not even like a randomized thing that we can calculate. It just… happens.
If he can find a way to solidify his power, it can stay, otherwise I’d say he changes it. (Come on, it’s either the enemy trips on a banana peel or they get a heart attack, and there’s literally nothing measuring why, how or when that would happen)
It’d be funny if I changed my power to summoning abnormalities off of my topic and see how that goes

How do you know what MIGHT not hit you? Are all bullets just not going to hit at all? How is it supposed to not hit you? If someone throws a punch at you, how is luck supposed to get you out of that?
There’s no quantity to how “lucky” you are, so there’s no line between what is plausible and what is utter bullshit. What is sock going to do against you? Is he meant to shoot you and then it randomly misses? If someone holds you down with they accidentally let go just because luck?
