electrons may be the mediator for the electromagnetic force if what you say is true, but it isn’t the electromagnetic force that causes beta decay, it’s the weak nuclear force
the beta particle is emitted from a neutron in the nucleus when it becomes a proton
if the magnitude of penetration goes in order from least to most starting at alpha, then i don’t even wanna know how penetrating sigma particles would be if we factor the whole greek alphabet
yea, alpha particles aren’t even strong enough to penetrate skin, beta particles can go a centimetre or so, deep enough to leave skin burns, and gamma particles are what break apart dna
A magic that appears as bright blue glowing water, that creates massive puddles.
Whenever a Splash spell explodes, it sends large drops of magic in every direction, that create puddles upon landing.
If one of these projectiles directly hit, it does decent damage, and the amount of puddles would depend on the size of the attack.
(Edit)
Whenever a Splash spell or projectile hits a puddle, it sends even more projectiles out (more if it’s a spell)
-A strange and dangerous combination of shadow, earth, and sand magic, that results in attacks that resemble dry, barren, hostile soil that hasn’t seen life grow in it for hundreds of not thousands of years…
-All attacks gradually raise the temperature around the user passively, and the more aggressively spells are casted, the faster this occurs, wasteland magic is exceptionally potent against sweating targets, as well as burning and melting targets.
-wasteland magic is an average sized, average speed, but excellent impact damage magic, however it has a rather lame effect (just sandy) that only serves to partially obscure vision. It does not have any form of DoT.
-it’s recommended to not use this magic with cold magics as wasteland magic has an inherently negative interaction with colder elements, and will deal less damage to soaked, frozen, freezing, and snowy targets.
