As an ancient magic it’s balanced bc you have comparably less strength and only lost level stats

As an ancient spirit weapon you can equip 3 and then players get both insane stats and undead control

Maybe if there was a cap to ancient spirit weapons equipped at a time

I mean, by that logic, every Oracle and Warrior will be too powerful, so that’s not necessarily a flaw with my idea.

It is bc then you can lower them with the other ancients and finish with undead spirit weapon

The point of the magic is that your trading good stats for undead revival, but if you use it on oracle like you say, then you have litterly no stat loss bc you can just use a different weapon till you finish them

Then make Dead Revival no stronger than a regular weapon of that area.

Simple.

What I’m saying is they can just use their other 2 spirit weapons slots to do a shit ton of damage till their enemy is 1 shot and then finish them off with the dead revival spirit weapon, meaning they gain an undead
Nerfing the dead revival spirit weapon wouldn’t fix this, the only real solution would be making a limit of 1 ancient spirit weapon at a time so they have to choose between dead revival or good stats

Okay, I get you now.
You can make it so that you need to beat an enemy with mostly Dead Revival for it to work.
You can make it so that Dead Revival revives preset NPCs, and not things that you kill, like it always used to.
