There isn’t that much to scale Theos off since while he does have impressive feats there isn’t much context to them. He did beat Durza and Prometheus but I just think it’s really weird that a regular mage even as strong as Theos could match up to guys like Prometheus or Durza, so it’d make more sense if he was to use some kind of method like Cursebeard did with Prometheus. His other more beliavable feats were fending off Durza’s army and fighting the PK at 10% power (and a moment where the lore states that Theos’s fire was suspiciously stronger than normal)
Speed
Unclear, probably 135-200 MPH with phoenix wings
Durability
Unclear, best feat was supposedly tanking Durza’s beam shockwaves indirectly (though he coulda just made a magic barrier to block it)?
Overall stats should be:
Power: Mostly unknown
Speed: Unknown, but probably faster then a running human with phoenix wings.
Durability: Normal human durability, maybe more sturdy?

Regarding this, Durza has to actually touch the user to absorb what they have. Although judging from the lore document, it seems to be slightly harder to absorb a curse user rather than a normal magic user. Perhaps there are some powerful wizards who might have some resistance to it if Durza manages to touch them, but I don’t know if it’s confirmed or not whether Durza actually managed to touch Theos

I could not completely discard Theos’ continent level durability following Vetex’s words, and also that the lore did not explicitly state that Theos had used a magical barrier to shield himself from it. So I have decided that Theos just has extremely powerful magic resistance as Durza’s multi-continent blast is magical in nature. Also I’ve added one additional evidence that said blast is enough to indirectly vaporize anyone into ashes, likely in close proximity, as “The Player” (in Arcane Adventures) was living during this time period as a peasant without magic, and was also killed by the blast. They continued to exist as ash floating on the sea for hundreds of years.
