Update: Alright, regarding my ways to power scale characters. I think I should have scaled them from their lesser feats to higher feats in order to pick out outliers. As seen in my documents for Durza and Theos, I have simply picked their greatest feats and go off it without considering it that it could possibly be an outlier. In that case, I might reevaluate their stats and consider whether to exclude said feat or not.
Fair enough. This means that out of the 11 tiers (not listing them here bc there are too many sub-tiers of tiers and it becomes a mess) Theos is mid jk jk
Theos would give any character that isn’t written to be broken a decent fight

In the Prometheus fight his weapon rigels apoth heals the player and it has phoenix magic infused in it so it is verified I’m my opinion

As for speed you can make the arguement since light is the game u can make a arguement that it moves at the sol. Tho dodging light wouldn’t make u ftl since u gotta calc the distance and shit like that. Tho theos in general
I guess u can say since the light beams happen seamly instantly. That it’s ftl. But that now I think bout it would just sub sonic. I may have to do some reasearch
