The atlantean modifier gives you stats based on what stats you already have on the piece
Since you had Defense on there originally, the modifier gave power
Adding the powerful scroll gave it power, which made it check if you have defense, since you did, it moved onto the next stat which was attack size.
The order goes: Power → Defense → Size → Agility → Speed if I remember correctly
Yeah but that’s the Atlantean modifier right? All I did was give it a powerful scroll which should have increased its power more. Nothing else. It has the same power after the powerful scroll was added, but now has attack size which makes no sense considering it’s supposed to add more power, not attack size.

Ohhhh! I think I understand now. So, the modifier took off the power and put attack size instead, and the 12 power is the scroll
i think we should be focusing on your actual build instead of the stats on that amulet you absolute fucking aoe goblin

Gems and Enchants affect how Atlantean modifier goes through the cycle.
Gems always did this, but now Enchants do it too.
So you have to be mindful of what Gems and enchants you put on less u mess up the item stats.
