I like to think this was BEFORE he fused himself with the growth curse,
(also i know his hair is grey ingame but i think brown fits + i hc he let his human body age when he became the myriad) Also gave him a prosthetic c: no real reason honestly, though i think it’d be made out of wood instead of metal if we’re talking about time/lore accuracy.

ngl I’m wondering about the decision about the two wooden crutch things in the first art.
I mean like aren’t Sea Curses supposed to, you know, reverse your age back to your prime or something? (I mean Julian probably appears around mid to late 20s to early 30s but he’s way older most likely)
He got injured and lost his before he got the growth curse, resulting him needing crutches ^^
As for the age thing, yeah im confused about it too. He has gray hair ingame (obvs he could just like, dye it or something but its VERY unlikely) so im not sure if the ‘staying in prime’ thing applies to randal or not,…
if it applies to Curse users then surely Randal falls under that category
no, they just keep you at your prime if you obtain the curse before you reach it, otherwise you just stop aging. this is shown in randal being an old man, which means he likely obtained the growth curse as an old man. it also doesn’t seem like gaining a sea curse can cure physical ailments, or at least not serious ones, as adverill had to make a new arm out of light rather than growing a regular one back
