Predicting the next update after the revamp

So we all know Vetex is working hard on the Arcane Odyssey revamp but what do you think will be the next major update after the revamp?

Looking at the good old trello we can see Vetex plans to do the building update next which allows Clans to capture islands and build their own terrain. Now this isn’t set in stone Vetex could work on something completely different after the revamp But even though it says the building update is the next update I kinda wanna speculate my own ideas on what would be the next major update after the Arcane odyssey revamp.

So I think when Arcane odyssey releases lots of longtime waiting fans and also new ones will play the game and get loads and loads of items. So with that mindset I think Vetex will work on Auctions as the next major update as it can give players a good way to trade exotic items. Also correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure on the Trello there actually used to show Auctions as one of the updates on the long term roadmap.
So yea I think auctions is gonna be the next big update!,let me know what you think is gonna be the next big update after the revamp or just future updates in general.

(ALSO DISCLAIMER)
I am not associated with Vetex in anyway this thread is just a fan speculating the next major update after the revamp so don’t automatically assume that the auction update will be next after the revamp.

Anyways again leave your reply’s down below and have a good day!

He has Clan fixed and revamps and Basic islsnd capturing and infamy gain change on the to-do list, so I think he just forgot to update the road map. You’re probably right though, auctions would probably be the first major update along with story changes and the 2nd sea

That could happen but I have no idea what kinda event it could be lol

I doubt second sea is gonna be in the next major update but I think Vetex might add a couple of small islands or something like that

Looking at the trello every time a new feature is added ruins the surprise of the game, does it not? By the game’s release, you’ll already know everything about it and what you can expect to see. There’s no fun in that. At least in my eyes, anyways.

I’ve tried to look another direction from the revamp to limit my expectations. It’s better this way because I have a blank and unbiased mind, meaning there is nothing going through my head as I play the game for the first time.

Do you feel the same?

I never actually thought about that tbh
When Vetex started working on AO I just checked the trello every now and then and it became just a thing I did I never really thought much about that.
I guess it’s different with other people, though I totally get why you you don’t wanna check the trello.

I mean, I still know that the revamp is bringing islands to the game, and some information about this and that, but I want to keep most of it a secret so I’m mostly still in the dark. It’s also a little tedious to read the trello.

That’s why we have @Divanochi to do it for us

That still explains mostly everything thats added

Personally I like to see what’s being added because it doesn’t spoil the story or anything, and you get to learn about the core features before you experience them yourselves so you kinda already know what you’re doing, allowing you to progress easier and enjoy the story more. I also follow it so if there is a big change that could affect my characters or one of my plans I can know about it (like certain surnames, items, or magics being removed)

Just my preference though, I see why people may wanna experience it all for the first time without knowing the new features/tweaks

Yeah I can understand why ppl would feel like the trello/ patch notes spoils the fun of exploring and stuff

But we barely get any info about he story itself etc, we just get explanations of features but we don’t really get anything too in-depth. I just like keeping track of them so that I’m prepared for the game and don’t have too many questions, and so I can answer other ppl’s questions

I’m also kind of a lazy gamer, I’m not against looking up walk-throughs or going through the wiki to help me progress. So being updated with the patch notes helps me out a lot since I’ll have somewhat of an idea of most of the games features by the times it out

What if someone were to randomly just spoil something for you

What are you suggesting…?

Uh…
