Prince Revon and Lord Ulricus alone at the family reunion

Insert that one gif of soldiers shaking hands at the end of war that I can’t find on google for some reason

For some reason, Calvus has kids.

is there any confirmed lore about the kween

Calvus’ wife? No, but I’m sure she divorced him, bro only even has one chair in his massive throne room just for him.

Ehhh, knowing the royalty, she may very well be his biological daughter, old enough to be his mother

maybe he never even had a queen, just a concubine

Come to think of it, this concubine theory could clear up how the pale woman knew about King Calvus’ Order affiliation.
“Yeah, we were getting down and dirty when suddenly he shouted FOR THE ORDER, and that’s how Revon was created. Yes, I’m also his mom, it’s complicated. Just let me mine for the gods’ sake.”

Lord Ulricus is the best character

He got one fetch quest, and he managed to be well-designed, tragic, and compelling.

He is getting a boss fight for sure

Oh yeah, I can’t wait for his deal to become a recurring quest, didn’t the first part hint at the Nimbus Sea?

Edit: it did

I’d like to propose a theory that he knows you killed his nephew Calvus.

Having an NPC on Ravenna saying “I’ve seen you before” implies that they’ve seen and recognized you specifically.

It dosen’t take a capable ship to kill Calvus though… as evidenced by my rowboat challenge run

Ulricus, a side character, feels more relatable and likeable than Morden or Neviro to me :skull:

I really hope he shows up later as an ally, considering the influence he holds he could be a great help. However, if he ends up as an antagonistic force it would be fun as well, perhaps like a subplot/sideboss.

He literally says that his children are missing and may both be dead, and you also literally just killed the king who was probably in good relations with Ulricus family and destroyed fort Talos, killing general Argos who was also probably a good friend

Calvus is literally Ulricus’ nephew, so I have no doubt about it he’ll be an enemy.

That makes me think
Who introduced Calvus to the order when his father died? Possibly Ulricus?

I think the Order pretty much introduced themselves.

the Order seeing an unsupervised child of royalty/powerful people:

it’s cuz he’s an old man

Ooooooof he isn’t gonna be able to block dodge or parry that
