i am pretty sure that on a vit build it can be used like another substat now. its one of the weaker ones but in the right hands useable

i mean, the enchants and amulet exist. its just better on vit builds cause of higher base hp which just means more regen. and vit gear has better scaling

And another question, regen is additive now right? So say (purely for example) that 1 regen = +1 health regen, would 10 points of regen give me plus 10 health regen? (Again PURELY hypothetical cuz 1/1 would be busted and ik it’s not 1/1h)
