For the magic circles I just grabbed them from the game and edited out all the clutter from the background (there are other magic circles artists have made that you can just grab from them.)
I used GIMP to edit a magic circle layer over the icon, deleted the background to make it circular, and created a second magic circle layer. With the second layer I used a gaussian blur to make it look like a glowing effect so that the magic circle could glow.
Recolour each layer as needed.

Blender for the Roblox Studio for the character models, Blender for the background/lighting/retexturing, GIMP for the texture creation and magic circles.
Grab the magic circle template from there and edit out all the rings in the circle except the outer ring, and you can just use that one.
