[Prolouge]: The Dawn of an Order

A stain left onto the sand, the water repeating a never-ending cycle. The man shuddered his eyes, no memory of what has happened to him. He slowly regained his senses as he slowly crawled to the center of the stone, trying to keep the sun out of his bloodshot eyes. Adam clutched the ledge whilst trying to stand, barely even getting to his knees before collapsing again and sighing; I guess defeat was all that was left for him.

A boat afloat, a crew aboard watched the poor man struggled to even breathe and they knew he wouldn’t last long with pirates and the Grand Navy lurking at any corner beyond. A sudden stop from their cargo run would soon allow them to, eventually, rule the War Seas with an iron fist (or at least the Bronze Sea).
“You can have my galleons just please leave me alone…” Poor Adam was bruised beyond belief yet was sadly his captives let him to die with a slow, heart-wrenching sorrow.

Lucian felt a sudden feeling he experienced rarely, guilt, extreme guilt. A poor sailor so distraught and broken he was willing to give up the rest of his money for even a moment of peace.
“Please…I don’t have anymore, they took the rest. I-I can give you some food, not that I n-need it anyways.” Adam spluttered, and before long, Lucian gave him his hand.
“I’m not letting a great sailor like you die to Mother Nature, and judging from your posters, you’re excellent at interrupting executions and considering the target on my back, well, you’d be perfect for the Order, Mr. Blade.”
Lucian Redd, the man of many sorrows and deaths around Palo Town, giving it a horrible reputation these past few months, Adam was surprised at best, but accepted the offer, anything was better than dying even if it was a life-time servitude to a deadly cult.

Adam jolted up but held his chest as the crew helped him onto The Stormbringer and- The journal page cut off went to another just as you’d turn the page, a wonder and mystery of a gigantic following was soon going to be revealed.

Idk if lucian is a lore name, but for an assassin, it fits perfectly, if you chose it for the reason i would you’ll know why, great job

Usuallly I dislike main characters that are villians but them being part of the order is interesting and pretty cool
