At Munera Garden and all future PVP areas, a free campsite will be provided.
Details/background on your proposal
At Munera, this would be the tent by the guy who gives you the destroying trees quest. It could either cost the normal 20 galleons, be completely free, or cost extra galleons for convenience.
Reason to add/change
It’s annoying to have to waste a camp each time you wanna pvp someone and yet there’s no reliable way to obtain them. So to make it more convenient I say that providing a campsite at each PVP area would be helpful
Wait, using a camp marker actually consumes it? If that’s the case I feel kinda dumb for never noticing this before, I thought you only needed one ever
Being able to pay to set your respawn “camp” on any island you can’t set one normally really needs to happen down the line. whether its an inn or a literal camp npc like in this suggestion
Trying to go anywhere where there is something to do, 90% of the time you can’t place a tent down.
which means if you die, or fall off a sky island or something, chances are your gonna be sent back to ravenna island just to wait for your ship to despawn to finally head all across the map.
The camp system is almost pointless because anywhere you would want to put it, since you might not want to end up at the far end of the map, you can’t set a tent.
Heck just having that and the option to set your spawn back to the quest intended respawn would be a 10/10 feature.
I really hope this suggestion happens and is implemented in more areas to make it less tedious for the player.
I think this is pretty reasonable. Also, campsites are pretty crappy to begin with, so maybe those could be done away with. You can’t put them on ANY island where the story occurs, and that makes fighting bosses even more stressful at max level because if you die, you have to go all the way back to there if the boss isn’t Carina or Elius.
what survival aspects? you make like 50 meals and then when the game yells at you, you eat some.
There is no depth to the “survival aspect” its a fun timer named hunger. Mind you, i like the cooking, but there is no reason to pretend its something it isnt, especially if it means you cant add really necessary features to make the game less tedious, like having to leave from reaveanna every time you enter the server or die.
It’s kind of obvious Vetex wants a at least semi-“”“realish”“” exerperience, or at least an excuse. I wonder if there were a way to better add these, because I feel like the game is too “nutty” for such things.
Just give the player basic convenience first and foremost.
“Realism” should not come at the cost of the player experience if it isnt even really that in depth in the first place.
An Inn spawn system would make this game feel so much better since we wouldn’t have to constantly go across the map every time we die or join a new server
Idk if you got closure or not but no campsites are not consumable. I use them all the time and I’ve been at 20/21/22 for the longest time. Only going up even though I place it 80% of the time I enter a server. It just costs 20 galleons.
