So basically to make savant good you have to mix awakenings?

no, savant already has good awakenings, but if you want magic infused weapons or something youā€™d have to mix

Warlock doesnā€™t use tools except for the cannon fist fighting style.

Pure builds will have a more raw dmg output and bigger attacks but a hybrid will have more different attacks and will prob have more movement so if your going for dmg or like big attacks then pure builds is better ( i prefer this) if your going for movement and more unic attack patterns then hybrid is better

both probably have their strengths and weaknesses in pvp + pve, so that leaves fun as the last thing and i gotta say, if you donā€™t prefer variety, you are not a human being

but all builds are going to have a balance of close and long range attacks tho, cause it would instantly make or break something to not being used aside from funny gimmick stuff with metas. think a build possbily being treated like full stat builds in wom in a way of being put aside.

for the topic at hand all of them are fun (iā€™m making 2 of each build possible at the least after all) but iā€™m going hybrid as a main option cause who doesnā€™t like punching someoneā€™s head in using magic

for pvp they pretty much gonna be balanced one presumes, vetex does actively try to balance the builds out afterall.

pve portion is the same ordeal like pvp. one might be slightly better at a niche inherently in terms of grinding cause of what they can do but nothing extreme outside of that

pure builds will win in the meta, because they can deal somewhat more damage and have all the needed tools to dominate. Hybrid builds will be the most fun because you can get just the right combination of tools to have your own playstyle. savant will be unfun because itā€™s way too many tools and not enough damage with any of them
