Instead of conventionally fighting in Munera Garden, it would be a sort of “Hunger Games” like thing. The two players would choose who is the hunter and who is the hunted. The hunted can do whatever they want(go to a different island, fish, grind some bosses), but they can’t act as if they already know the hunter is looking for them(for realism).
The hunter has to locate and attack the hunted. The second the hunted sees the hunter coming towards them, they can take that as the fight starting and prepare themselves. The hunted can also run.
You can choose to bounty hunt each other if you want, but you’ll most likely be doing this with your friends.
There doesn’t have to be one hunter/hunted.
Things this practice can improve:
Most players are good in formal PVP matches, but knowing formal PVP rules won’t help you when you’re getting jumped
Would help with trying to find an enemy before they realize you are looking for them.
Can also help with both parties to expect the unexpected in a player encounter
to dumb it down, 2 players play a minigame of hide and seek and can fight in whatever way they want to
For example, a lot of people aren’t prepared when they are getting jumped in a town, so this would be a nice practice, or most players have no idea what to do when they are in a ship fight, so this would be a nice practice.
I mean this is basically just reinventing the wheel, this exact scenario already pretty much happens if you’re hunting a decently high renown player/a not bad player at any island other than ravenna, Ig it’s less stressful this way though
I personally enjoy the thrill and wouldn’t see myself doing this over just normally hunting but maybe others could
Imo no amount of practice can give you experience like the true action although I haven’t really thought about it from a PvE demons perspective so they’d prob benefit a lot if they’re too scared to actually hunt, so fair Ig
