Fair. It wasn’t my intention, but I framed the problem badly, that’s on me.

Also, I’m not saying the player count dropped solely because of PvP toggle. Obviously players leaving after updates is normal, and bad mechanics, bugs, Roblox policies, and drama all play a part.

Also yeah, the graph itself doesn’t prove causation. But there are still some important things we can take from it.

I’m not trying to make the game pvp only or blame pvers (I framed it badly before). I just think that there should be better policies adapted by the developers and admin team so that there are better incentives for interaction and proper risk/ reward separations.

If you think I’m wrong, thats OK, we are here to discuss after all. I primarily wanted to talk about how to keep AO alive for longer and make it more enjoyable for all parties involved.

As for me, remember Elysium and the devs talking about how they plan an official tournament system there with vanity rewards? That can be developed to give PvPers some undeserved fun. Even I might participate, since the battles will be fair for once.
